This text describes the platform's real practices and is still awaiting legal review before final publication. Until then it stands as a verifiable statement of intent, not as a closed contractual instrument.
What the platform offers
GeoTopX asks questions of generative artificial intelligence engines, preserves the answers obtained, turns those answers into metrics with stated uncertainty, and presents recommendations tied to the evidence that prompted them.
What the platform does not promise
We do not guarantee that your brand will be cited, recommended or positioned in any particular way by any generative engine or search engine. Presence in those answers is probabilistic, varies between runs of the same question, and depends on third-party systems that change without notice and outside our control.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out in your account. We recommend enabling two-step verification. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, to attempt to bypass third-party technical protections, to deliberately overload the service, or to resell access without a written agreement.
Third-party data collection
Data acquisition respects each origin's declared policy. We do not bypass CAPTCHA, authentication, paywalls or blocks. When a source cannot be collected, it is reported as an unavailable source.
Plans, pricing and payment
The figures published on the Pricing page are provisional and subject to confirmation. The effective commercial terms are those agreed in writing at the time of contracting.
Termination
To close your account, write to privacy@geotopx.io; closing it from the platform itself is planned and has not shipped yet. We may suspend access in case of a breach of these terms, with prior notice whenever possible.
Limitation of liability
Business decisions taken from the data presented are your responsibility. The platform presents measurement with stated uncertainty, not advice guaranteed to produce a result.
