Who handles your data
GeoTopX is the controller of the personal data processed on this site and in the platform. The contact for the data protection officer is privacy@geotopx.io.
What data we collect
On the marketing site: what you type into the contact form (name, work email, company, role and message) and a technical session identifier. In the platform: the account email address, credentials in protected form, access records, and the configuration and results of your analyses. We never store your password in readable form.
For what purpose
To answer your contact request, keep your account and session, protect the platform against abuse, run the analyses you configured, and meet legal obligations. Each purpose has its own legal basis: performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest in security, or your consent where consent is the appropriate basis.
Cookies and audience measurement
This marketing site writes no cookies. The platform’s necessary cookies are written by the authentication service when you sign in. There is no audience measurement, so there is no consent to collect. The Cookies page covers each case.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for the duration of the exchange and up to 24 months afterwards, as relationship history. Account data is kept while the account exists. Access and audit records follow the applicable statutory period. Once the purpose ends, data is deleted or anonymized.
Who we share it with
With infrastructure, email delivery and identity providers you choose to use (Google or Microsoft), always limited to what is necessary to provide the service. We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third-party advertising.
Your rights
Brazil’s General Data Protection Law grants you confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise any of them, including export and account deletion, write to privacy@geotopx.io. Self-service for those two actions on the Your account page is planned and has not shipped yet.
International transfer
Part of the infrastructure may sit outside Brazil. When that happens, the transfer follows the safeguards required by applicable law.
